Regarding flights, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their timely arrival; schedule changes or luggage issues are the sole responsibility of the airline. The Agency acts as an intermediary in accommodations, without responsibility for the internal protocols of hotels or hostels. We are not liable in cases of theft, loss, or death; these incidents must be managed by the customers or their relatives. Similarly, in situations requiring police or security intervention in the country of stay, it is the customer's responsibility to handle such circumstances. In the context of the recent disturbances in Chile, the Agency is not responsible for flight or itinerary losses due to delays or disruptions beyond its control. The purchase of the package does not include travel insurance; it is the customer's responsibility to acquire it. The customer waives any legal claims against the Agency for accidents or difficulties encountered during the trip.
